I also acknowledge that the nature of the work is temporary employment, and the salary is calculated based on the actual hours and/or days worked only, without any fixed or ongoing obligation from the employer.

I pledge to maintain honesty and good professional conduct, and to comply with all policies and instructions of the employer throughout the employment period. I also pledge to appear in a neat and appropriate attire suitable for the nature of the work, and if the employer provides a designated uniform, I agree to wear it throughout the work period.

I acknowledge that transportation costs are my personal responsibility, without any obligation or liability on the employer. I also acknowledge that if I wish to terminate the work, I must notify the employer at least (30) days prior to stopping.

Accordingly, I acknowledge and agree to all of the above, and this declaration and commitment is legally binding on me from the date of electronic approval.
